🕺 Floorwork Class before Unleash the Beats - Loosen up, groove to some high-energy dance, and then head over to Highlander Public House for a mini girls' night out! 🎉
TUESDAY - Get ready for some midweek fitness fun! 💃
☀️ Daytime Class at Noon - Last week was a blast, with the perfect mix of dance drills and strength conditioning for an epic workout!
🧘 Evening Classes - Get flexy with our Flexibility-focused Yoga class and then unleash your inner diva with Exotic Pole. All levels welcome, no full body lifting required (but heels are encouraged)! 👠
WEDNESDAY - It's a double dose of pole power! 💪
🆕 Pole 101 followed by Pole 201 -
Pole 101 is perfect if you've taken the intro class - we'll work on foundational skills, strength building, and flow.
Pole 201 is for our more advanced students, with full body lifting required. Get ready to learn some exciting new tricks and work towards those inverts!
THURSDAY - Finish the week strong! 💥
🌞 Daytime Class at 11:30 AM - Start your day off right with an invigorating workout!
💪 6:30 PM - Pole Workout with Mrs. Tye - Supercharge your pole progress or simply get fit while having a blast. Laugh hard, werk hard!
🌙 7:30 PM - Late Intro to Pole Class - If you need a late evening intro class, this one's for you. Don't miss out!
