We hope this message finds you well and full of energy! We're thrilled to announce that our September schedule has been finalized and is now available for you to explore.
Your Voice Matters: We believe in shaping the schedule together. Classes might be adjusted based on attendance and your preferences. If you're loving a particular class or time, make sure to cast your vote by attending. Your active participation can make all the difference!
(Classes with two or fewer signups the morning of are likely to get canceled.)
Important Highlights:
MORE DAYTIME POLE Tailored for Busy Lives: Calling all superwomen with packed schedules and adorable little ones! We've introduced daytime classes on Tuesdays at noon and Thursdays at 11am. We've carefully designed these sessions to mix and match with our evening classes, ensuring that everyone gets a chance to join in. Don't miss out – sign up for our daytime classes and let's empower each other!
Unleash Your Inner Power: Our not-to-miss event of the week is Tyes Fantastic Pole Fitness workout every Thursday at 6.30pm. It's the perfect opportunity to dive in and build the strength needed for pole fitness.
Depending on demand and which classes are filling up, we will add a Pole Class Thursdays at 7.30pm, otherwise I get a break!
Mondays we will continue to alternate between Belly Dance and Unleash the beats with a more regular 6pm Floorwork class.
The Sept 18th Floorwork class will be a Chair class just to add some variety in.
Master the Spin Pole: Calling all adventurers! On September 30th, we're hosting an immersive 3-hour Beginner Spin Pole Saturday workshop/bootcamp. This is your chance to revisit the basics, systematically level up, or simply get a solid grip if you're just starting out. Plus, if you're driving in from places like Lawton, we promise to make every mile worth it!
